Ingredients: 1 cup cooked chickpeas (soaked overnight or from a jar, drained and rinsed); 1½ large or 3 small cloves garlic; ¼ cup tahini paste; Juice of 1 lemon (~3 tablespoons); 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt; Up to ½ cup reserved chickpea water (add slowly to blend); Olive oil (the good stuff); Ground cumin; Paprika; Ground cinnamon; Egyptian dukkah; Crushed pistachios; Fresh parsley (finely chopped); Fresh mint (finely chopped); Pomegranate arils
