The Grotto Kombucha Bar & Taproom was founded with a mission to share the world of organic, raw, sustainably and ethically produced kombucha and jun to the community of Billings, Montana.
The Grotto is a woman-owned and operated kombucha taproom, coming soon to the heart of downtown Billings.
We believe that drinking probiotics daily in the form of nutrient-rich kombucha and jun will improve your mental clarity, focus, health, and overall wellbeing by healing the gut, and calming the vagus nerve.
With our passion for health and sustainability, we wanted to integrate this into how we provide our kombucha. Sourcing from the finest kombreweries, we are reimagining the experience of kombucha — inspired by the Montana taproom and microbrewery culture — providing kombucha and jun, entirely on tap in a modern, soothing environment.
