We will be permanently closing our doors on Friday, October 25th, at 4 P.M., MST.
Thank you for supporting The Grotto over the past year.
What a beautiful opportunity we have had, to serve the community in a small way, by creating flavorful, delicious cuisine with the highest possible quality of ingredients money can buy.
Our motto has always been, if we wouldn’t serve and eat it in our own homes, we wouldn’t serve it to our customers.
We have always striven to uphold the highest possible standards from start to finish in every part of our process, and have been incredibly fortunate to have been able to work with some incredible individuals in form of vendors, employees, and customers. We love every single one of you.
Over the 10 short months we’ve been open, we have taken every piece of feedback, both good and bad, and found ways to improve in any way we feasibly could.
What an incredible, supportive community you’ve been!
Our decision to close our doors is not due to lack of support nor lack of viability, but by mutual agreement with our investors.
We pride ourselves on being open with our business to our customers, as you are the heart of this business, and we believe you deserve to know why we will no longer be able to provide you with the options we were so proud and honored to be able to serve you with.
There is more to come of our story with The Grotto.
It has been our pleasure and privilege to serve and meet so many of you.
Wishing you love and light.
